Job summary
Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Support Engineer to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing technical support and troubleshooting for our clients' IT infrastructure. You will leverage your expertise in various technologies, including Azure Active Directory, Office 365, Active Directory, and monitoring tools, to ensure seamless operations and optimal performance.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide advanced technical support for incidents and service requests related to Azure AD, O365, Active Directory, and other core IT systems.

Utilize monitoring tools (e.g., SolarWinds) to proactively identify and resolve issues in the client’s IT environment.

Apply ITIL best practices to manage incidents, service requests, and changes, ensuring timely resolution and adherence to service level agreements (SLAs).

Collaborate with clients to understand their technical needs and provide tailored solutions that enhance their operational efficiency.

Document all technical issues, resolutions, and processes in our ticketing system to ensure knowledge sharing and continuous improvement.

Assist in the implementation, maintenance, and support of IT infrastructure, including servers, networking equipment, and cloud services.

Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to continuously improve service delivery and support.
Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field.

Proven experience in IT support or engineering, with a focus on Azure AD, O365, and Active Directory.

Proficient in using monitoring tools such as SolarWinds, Nagios, or similar platforms.

Strong understanding of ITIL principles and frameworks.

Strong understanding of networking concepts and troubleshooting methodologies.

Excellent communication skills in both English and French; proficiency in additional languages is an advantage.

Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.

Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude towards technical challenges.
